Employment at Access Services is at-will, at the mutual consent of the employee and Access Services. No one other than the Executive Director has the authority or legal ability to modify the at-will nature of the employment relationship, and can only do so if it is done specifically and unequivocally in a written agreement that is signed both by the Executive Director and the employee.
