Faye Moseley

Deputy Executive Director, Administration

As the Executive Deputy Director of Administration Ms. Moseley is responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources, Training & Development, Information Technology and Customer Service.  In her capacity as Head of Human Resources for the Agency, she is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, succession planning and training.   She provides leadership, direction and oversight of Access’ information technology systems and Customer Service which includes the Operations Monitoring Center, Customer Service Center and Complaint Response functions. 

Ms. Moseley is a strategic senior level executive with more than 25 years of experience in human resources, administration and customer service.  She was the top Human Resources Executive for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®, a privately held, family owned international specialty retailer with over 800 company-owned and franchise locations in 23 countries.  She has also worked with General Electric/NBC, Sega GameWorks, St. Paul/Travelers, CNA Insurance Company, Public Storage, Sony Pictures Entertainment and Herbalife.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Project Angel Food and National Sales Network-L.A. Chapter.  She is a member of SHRM, PHIRA, NAAAHR and WTS.  Ms. Moseley earned a B.S. in Business Management and MBA from the University of Phoenix.  She holds a professional certification in Organizational Development & Leadership from DePaul University’s Executive Management Program.  She holds dual professional certifications in Organizational and Human Resources Development and Human Resources Management from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business.
