Welcome to Access Services, the consolidated Transportation Services Agency (CTSA) for Los Angeles County.

Access Services is responsible for the administration of Access, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) mandated paratransit transportation program for Los Angeles County and is committed to improving the mobility on public transit of persons with disabilities.

  • Woolsey Fire Rider Message (Web message update as of 1130)
    Due to the expanding Woolsey Fire in West Los Angeles County, Access is canceling trips for the following areas: Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, Malibu, and Pierce College. We anticipate trips may be impacted through today, Saturday, and possibly Sunday. Access is not booking trips to affected areas, but will provide same day trips on Saturday if the areas are declared safe. Riders to call 911 if they need evacuation assistance from one of these areas.
  • Freedom to Vote!
    On Election Day, November 6, your trip is free if you are going to and/or from an election polling site. When you book your trip the day before, be sure to let the reservationist know that it is because you are going to vote. No fare will be collected by the driver.
