Hector Rodriguez
Deputy Executive Director

Hector Rodriguez is the Deputy Executive Director for Access Services. He joined the agency in 2014. He is responsible for managing and administering the finance, accounting, treasury, payroll, risk management, information technology and data analytics functions for the organization. He provides advice and financial information to the Executive Director and Board of Directors regarding Access Services' financial activities and position. He is the agency's Equal Employment Opportunity Officer (EEO) and serves as the Public Information Officer as required. Prior to joining Access, he served twice as a City Manager/Finance Director and was an Executive Officer, Operations for L.A. Metro. He was the Director of Accounting for MV Transportation, Inc., a Financial Controller for both First Transit, Inc. and Coach USA, and was the Manager of Finance and Operations for RPI, Inc.

Hector earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cal State Long Beach. He holds a professional certification in Organizational Leadership from UCLA's Anderson School of Business. He was a Study Mission Member with the Transit Research Board's International Travel Studies Program – Public Transportation Systems as the Foundation for Economic Growth and most recently was a participant in ENO's Transit Senior Executive Program.
