Welcome to the Access store!

Here you can learn how to:

  • Replace your Access Rider ID card
  • Buy Access coupon books

ACCESS RIDER ID CARD REPLACEMENT
COST: $7.00 (As of August 1, 2025)

  • To replace your Access Rider ID card, contact Access Customer Service at 1-800-827-0829 (Option 4).
  • A representative will help you cancel your old card to allow you to order a new one. You will not be able to replace your Access Rider ID if you have not reported your card lost or damaged.
  • Only checks and money orders are accepted as payment. Please make your checks or money orders payable to Access Services and include your Access ID number.

ACCESS COUPON BOOKS

Access coupons are available in booklets of 10 coupons. There is no limit to how many coupons you can purchase at a time. There are three kinds of Access coupons, and all coupons can be used in combination with each other or in combination with cash to pay the trip fare.

Base Fare coupons ($2.75 Value) can be used for trips up to 19.9 miles.

Plus Zone coupons ($0.75 Value) can be used with the base fare coupon for trips of 20 miles or more.

Flex coupons ($2.00) can be used in the Santa Clarita or Antelope Valley regions and for Parents with Disabilities trips.

Examples of how to use your coupons with cash:

  • 1 Base coupon + $0.75 cash = 20+ mile trip ($3.50 total)
  • 3 Plus Zone coupons + $0.50 cash = trip up to 19.9 miles ($2.75 total)

Note:

  • Drivers do not provide change
  • Access Coupons are not accepted on other transit systems

  • Write your name and Access Rider ID number on your check/money order
  • Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope

All online orders include a flat rate for postage of $8.40 (Priority Mail).
