Service area includes (4) four miles outside the city limits. Bell also provides a Taxi Cab services for medical trip only. To register you must fill out an application at the Bell Community Center or call 323-773-1596. Please see website for further details on the Taxi Cab services.

On the Move Riders Program is Metro's older adult outreach program. The program provides educational workshops, events, tours, and travel training geared to older adults, all with the goal of empowering individuals with the knowledge and practice needed to safely and independently access the bus and rail system in LA County.
