Resident (Long Beach, Lakewood, Signal Hill or Paramount) 18 years of age or older, and an active Access member (Eligibility for Dial-a-Lift is determined on a case-by-case basis)

Payment can be made by cash, debit or credit card on board DAL vehicles.
Funds can also be loaded on the DAL identification swipe card.
Members can make reservations for transportation by contacting Global Paratransit seven days a week between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Subsidy Program

Fiesta Taxi and GO GO Grandparent: Residents 55 and older or Disabled. Provide in-town trips as well as out of town medical trips (5 miles outside) for eligible users.
Fare $1.00 one way, Apply in person at Paramount Community Center.
