DIAL-A-RIDE/DIAL-A-VAN
Provides service for medical appointments outside of the city within six miles of City Hall. Reservations must be made seven (7) days in advance.

DIAL-A-CAB
Provides service from any point within the City and to and from certain satellite points (medical facilities) outside the City. Reservations can be made on the same day of service.

Some approved medical facilities include:

-Caremore Downey, Montebello, Whittier and Santa Fe Springs
-Downey Regional Medical Center
-PIH Hospital Whittier
-PIH Medical Montebello
