Westlake Village riders may ride to locations throughout Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks. Dial-A-Ride offers limited service into the City of Agoura Hills. Agoura Hills rides are restricted to medical appointments and work-related trips only. Obtaining the card also allows the user free rides on the Thousand Oaks Transit Bus system.

The program provides educational workshops, events, tours, and travel training geared to older adults, all with the goal of empowering individuals with the knowledge and practice needed to safely and independently access the bus and rail system in LA County.
