Pick-ups can occur in the inner curb lanes on the lower level for arrivals at terminals 1 through 8. Follow signage to “Arrivals” and enter the inner curb (arrivals) prior to Terminal 1

Please be aware that dwelling time is limited due to security concerns. At this location it is especially important to be visible at curbside.

For departures, Access can drop-off on the Upper Level (“Departures”) approximately every 50 feet according to rider request.

It is important to know which terminal you need before taking your trip. Please provide this information during the reservation process and have it handy for your driver.
