Stand 1 is located at Patsaouras Transit Plaza on the East Side of Union Station. It is across from bus bay 4, on the West side of the bus road, directly in front of the entrance to the East Portal of Union Station at the Shuttle pick-up and drop-off zone.

Stand 2 is located outside the West portal of Union Station. This is the historic side of the station also known as the Alameda Street entrance. The stand is located approximately 138 feet north of the main entrance to the West Portal at the disabled parking.
