You may travel within the unincorporated County area of Covina, West Covina, and La Puente and up to three (3) miles beyond service area.

Schedule your trip at least two (2) days in advance, up to a week in advance or as late as 6:00 pm the night before. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Service area includes medical and dental appointments up to five (5) miles outside of the City limits.
