Dial-A-Ride is an advanced reservation service. The program operates on a first-call, first-served basis.

Non-medical appointments (except Social Service Offices) are limited to Azusa city limits. Medical and Social Service appointments receive first priority and include services to the following communities:

-City of Glendora
-City of Irwindale
-City of Monrovia
-City of San Dimas
-City West Covina

The program provides educational workshops, events, tours, and travel training geared to older adults, all with the goal of empowering individuals with the knowledge and practice needed to safely and independently access the bus and rail system in LA County.
